San Diego, we’re celebrating 66 years of Nigerian independence with pure energy, culture, and daytime enjoyment!
On Sunday, October 4th from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, we’re taking over 1786 National Ave for an open-air celebration embedded inside the vibrant SD Block Party atmosphere. Expect an authentic celebration of Naija culture, sound, fashion, food and global music under the San Diego sun.
The Experience
🔊 The Music: Non-stop Afrobeats, Amapiano, Highlife, Dancehall, and global party anthems from top selectors.
🍲 Food & Drinks: Authentic African culinary vendors (Jollof, Suya, small chops) plus full outdoor bars.
☀️ Day Party Vibe: An immersive open-air setting bringing community together from afternoon golden hour into the night.
Event Details & Guidelines
Age Policy: 21+ strictly enforced. Physical, valid government ID or passport required at the door.
Dress Code: Stylish day-party attire.
Arrival: Doors open at 2:00 PM. Early arrival is highly recommended to catch the full DJ sets and beat the lines.
