Media & Photography Release By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that Afropanda Entertainment and its authorized representatives may take photographs, video, and/or audio recordings of attendees. By entering the event premises, you grant the organizers, its successors, and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, publish, and distribute your image, likeness, and voice in any and all media now or hereafter known—including but not limited to social media, websites, promotional brochures, and advertisements—for marketing, educational, or any other lawful purpose without compensation or further notification. You further waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any advertising copy that may be used in connection therewith.

Strict No-Refund Policy All ticket sales are final. Please note that by completing your purchase, you agree that no refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Personal schedule changes or inability to attend.

• Weather conditions (unless the event is officially cancelled by the organizers).

• Changes in the event lineup schedule.

• Travel delays or transportation issues.

Event Cancellation In the unlikely event that the organizers must cancel the event in its entirety, attendees will be notified via the email address provided at checkout regarding rescheduling or credit options. The organizers are not responsible for any outside costs (such as travel or lodging) incurred by the attendee.
